Quote from TunePocket Support on September 14, 2021, 10:09 pmHi Gregory,
Thank you for starting this thread.
Normally, there is no need to remove the song if you get a claim.
Some of our composers use YouTube's Content Id system to protect their music from unauthorized use (you can see if a track is registered or not on each track details page).
For HAAWK / Identifyy claims simply send an email to support@identifyy.com and include the link to your video and the license certificate. They should release the claim within 24h or so.
Rest assured, this claim does not penalize your channel and YouTube will credit back any monetization you missed.
Hope this helps!

Quote from TunePocket Support on September 14, 2021, 10:12 pmHaving said that.. there may be different reasons for the claims.
Some composers use YouTube's Content Id system to protect their music from unauthorized use. That's the simplest case. With the license these claims can be released within 24h or so.Occasionally, YouTube's algorithm makes a mistake and matches the wrong songs. Finally, a song can get stolen and registered illegally. If you're not able to resolve the claim quickly, make sure to contact support for help!

Quote from TunePocket Support on September 15, 2021, 2:17 amHi Gregory,
As with the above example, either send the license to support@identifyy.com or send us the link to your video and we'll take care of the claim.
Monetization will be restored once the claim is removed and YouTube will credit back what you missed.
If you prefer not to send licenses or deal with the clams, there is a filter in the search that hides all Content ID registered music.
If you have unlimited subscription, you can also request your channel whitelisted to prevent future claims.
You can also see for each song whether it is registered or not:
Hope this helps!

Hi Gregory,
I am really sorry, yes I use ContentId to protect my music, it is an endless debate, but if I don't do this, there is a risk of thieves registering my music on their behalf. But if you contact TunePocket (or even me) directly, I can release the claim on one given video (this is a quick process), and I can also whitelist your full youtube channel, so you'll never have another claim in the future if you use my music.

Quote from Gregory B. on November 16, 2021, 12:27 pmI received another copyright claim for a video using the song Into the Club. I disputed it and entered the license like I did for the others but this was denied.
Now it says my video is ineligible for monetization...
