Daily Download Limits
Quote from BIndu V. on March 26, 2025, 8:14 pmHi, first thank you for taking all music request seriously and for creating so many bits of music for our use.
The problem with the daily download limit being set at 50 unique downloads is three fold:
1. The fact that the site mentions unlimited downloads and then limits it to 50 per day is problematic in spirit and does not sit right.
2. As a busy professional it is a pain to "remember" to come back everyday to download say...... nursery rhymes. While I understand why you want to impose limits, please review this daily limit thing. It is very cumbersome and counter-productive. IF, you are not willing to scrap the idea completely, please re-visit the number of daily downloads. Please at least triple it as then one could come in and pick up all the bits of music one wants to from cues, to sound effects, to music etc. (say for a kiddy video).
3. There is a sense of loss when one forgot to remember to download yesterday's quota. Not that one can or even wants to download every single piece of music. That would just fill up hard disk space! There is just a sense of FOMO (warrented or otherwise) and a sense of not getting your money's worth because I clean "forgot" to download anything for a few months as I was working at breakneck speed at something else.
In the high-stress world we live in, this then becomes an unnecessary addition to a very long to-do list.
I hope that I have been able to persude you to change your mind.
Looking foward to hearing from the team.

Quote from TunePocket Support on April 15, 2025, 3:14 pmHi, and thank you for your thoughtful message and kind words about the music we’ve created. We truly appreciate your support!
We understand your concerns, and we agree that convenience matters, especially for busy professionals. That said, the daily download limit is in place to prevent abuse and ensure fair use under the terms of the license. The absolute majority of use cases covered by the license (in the context of the personal, single creator membership plan), including nursery rhyme projects or kid’s videos, typically require far fewer than 50 unique downloads per day.
Please note that we also offer business membership plans with higher daily limits, specifically designed for teams and organizations with higher content needs.
While we’ll continue to review our policies, the current limit helps maintain the sustainability of the platform. We appreciate your understanding and thank you again for your support.
