Fairness Control Now Available in the YouTube Comment Picker Tool

When enabled, Fairness Control will exclude duplicate entries from the same user, so each person is only entered once—no matter how many times they commented. This is especially useful for giveaways and contests where you want to give everyone an equal chance, regardless of how many times they participated.
To use it, simply check the “Exclude multiple comments by the same user” box before submitting your video link. The tool will handle the rest automatically.
This feature is optional and can be turned off if you want to include all comments, including multiple entries from the same person.
