These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our various online tools (collectively, the “Service”).
For terms specifically related to the use of audio content (including music, loops, and sound effects), please refer to our Licensing Agreement.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Use of the Service
You may use the Service only in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You agree that you will not:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, or any systems or networks connected to it.
- Use any automated system (bots, scrapers, crawlers, etc.) to access the Service in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce.
- Modify, copy, frame, scrape, rent, lease, loan, sell, or distribute the Service.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code of the Service, except as permitted by applicable law.
- Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
Violation of any of these rules may result in termination of your access to the Service, at our sole discretion.
2. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
3. Free Allowance and Paid Subscription Plans
We offer a free daily allowance to evaluate the Service. This may be limited and is subject to change without notice.
Paid subscriptions grant access to enhanced features and extended usage allowace. By subscribing, you agree to the terms at the time of purchase.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any point via your online account dashboard.
If for any reason you cannot access your account online you can request cancellation by contacting our support team by email.
Once cancelled, the subscription will not renew automatically. Your membership will remain active until the expiration date (the end of your current billing cycle).
All monthly plans are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for unused time, inactivity, or early cancellation.
We encourage use of the free tier before purchasing to evaluate the tools you wish to use.

5. Third-Party Services and APIs
The Service may send non-personal inputs (e.g., search queries or titles) to third parties like OpenAI or YouTube for processing.
Use of these features constitutes consent to their terms:
By using the free versions of our tools, you agree that your inputs and AI-generated responses may be used to improve the data model. Please avoid sharing sensitive or personal information.
We do NOT send your personal data (e.g., name, email, or payment details) to the above APIs and we do NOT use it for model training.
6. Intellectual Property
All content and features of the Service are owned by TunePocket and protected by law. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use.
7. Termination
We strive to provide uninterrupted access to our tools, but in rare cases where abuse, misuse, or other violations of our Terms are detected, we may suspend or terminate your access without prior notice. This action is typically reserved for serious or repeated issues that affect service integrity, security, or fair usage. Please note that termination will end your access to the platform and may result in the permanent loss of any data or content associated with your account.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TunePocket and affiliates from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the Service,
- Your breach of these Terms,
- Your content submissions,
- Your violation of third-party rights.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. While we do our best to provide a reliable and helpful service, we cannot guarantee 100% uninterrupted access, error-free performance, or that results will always be accurate or suitable for each and every use case. Some features depend on third-party providers such as YouTube, OpenAI, or others. If those external services experience downtime, it may affect the availability or functionality of our tools.
We also do not make any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Users are encouraged to evaluate outputs and use discretion when applying them in critical or commercial contexts.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TunePocket shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages such as:
- Loss of revenue or profits,
- Loss of data,
- Business interruption,
- Service disruptions.
Total liability is limited to the amount you paid (if any) in the last 6 months.
11. Modifications to Terms or Service
We may update these Terms or discontinue the Service at any time. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
