This tool gives you the ACTUAL tags for a given YouTube video. Nothing more, nothing less. It’s not impossible that different videos have the same tags, especially within the same channel (you can set up the default tags pre-populated automatically for all your videos). We may have found the reason (and added a fix!). YouTube adds default set of keywords to the videos that have no tags of their own. Fairly generic keywords like “video”, “phone video”, and so on. We have made adjustments so the tool won’t consider these generic keywords as proper tags. Hope this helps!

This is a good free tool, but how about allowing the copy to clipboard feature to actually copy the keywords in the form of hashtags, so that it becomes more user friendly and users don’t have to paste it in a word doc and having to edit again? just something to think about.
