Music for performing artists (circus, varieté acts): walk on/off music, applause music
Quote from Wolfgang F. on May 26, 2026, 8:20 amHi, as a performer on stage with magic and circus acts, I´d appreciate if there are any special music choices. Especially there should be some walk on and walk off music as well as applause music where the audience is animated to clap unisono. Yes, I found some music, but not exactly what I am looking for. Also, the used sounds should be like played by a real orchestra or at least not like computer midi files of the 80ies...
Anyhow, thanks a lot for the great music!

Quote from TunePocket Support on May 26, 2026, 4:22 pmHi Wolfgang and thank you for the detailed request!
We definitely can add more music like this to the catalog, though we might need to do some research first.
For walk on we've just added a funky theme that we hope might work (it has good opening act energy we think):

For magic acts perhaps something like cabaret jazz, intriguing yet upbeat:

For vintage circus march, how about something like this:

We'll do more research into applause music. If you have any references that will surely help.
Stay tuned for updates!

Quote from Wolfgang F. on May 27, 2026, 5:00 pmThank you so much! I think I did not write clearly enough. I do not mean music that a fimmaker would use when he needs a cliché of a circus (like the tent is always full, the audience is laughing at every tiny bit of the clown, the director is a friendly guy who runs around the whole day in his costume, likewise the artists etc.).
I am looking for music that an act would acutally use! Music with sounds like in "March Gallopp" noone would really use, unless he is doing a kindergarden project or a childern brithday party. Nothing wrong with that, but I do mean REAL SHOW MUSIC. Sorry, english is not my language, so it is my fault if you misunderstood me.
You could get some inspiration from real circus and varieté performers. I will put in some links to youtube for inspiration. The music should be usually without singing, although some of these examples like Cirque du Solei have sometimes singers. I hope that this helps!
You should click into various parts of the videos, as the music themes and the energy of the act/music changes.
Anyhow, thanks a lot for your effort!
